In-stock items will be shipped within 48 business hours. If you order a large quantity of a single product, we will reach out to you if more time is needed.
Returns
Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:
- The product is in original condition
- The product is in original packaging
- A return authorization has been obtained; reach out to us to obtain this authorization

I purchased the wrong item. What can I do?
You have 30 days to return an item and it must be returned in the original packaging. Please refer to our Terms of Service for details on our Returns Policy. Reach out to us on our Contact Us page to start the return process.
I need to change something in my order. How do I do that?
If the order has not shipped, it's not too late! Reach out to us via our Contact Us page and we’ll make the edits and help you revise the order details.

What is your warranty period?
Greenervolts honors a 5-year warranty on our products. If the product fails due to a manufacturers defect, we will replace the fixture. No questions asked. Please refer to our Terms of Service for details on our Warranty Policy. Reach out to us via our Contact Us page with questions.

Greenervolts is a preferred member of 5 different utility companies in Maryland. We receive special incentives through those utility companies via the EmPOWER Maryland Initiative, and we pass the incentives and savings on to you.
