I purchased the wrong item. What can I do?

You have 30 days to return an item and it must be returned in the original packaging. Please refer to our Terms of Service for details on our Returns Policy. Reach out to us on our Contact Us page to start the return process.

I need to change something in my order. How do I do that?

If the order has not shipped, it's not too late! Reach out to us via our Contact Us page and we’ll make the edits and help you revise the order details.

What payment methods are accepted?

Greenervolts.store accepts payments in the following formats:

  • Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
  • Accelerated Checkouts: Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay

What is your warranty period?

Greenervolts honors a 5-year warranty on our products. If the product fails due to a manufacturers defect, we will replace the fixture. No questions asked. Please refer to our Terms of Service for details on our Warranty Policy. Reach out to us via our Contact Us page with questions.
